Test number a single; will she mention horrific air temperature settings?

When I decided to become a small corporation owner I knew that it was going to be a long & strenuous journey. People aren’t kidding when they say that being your own boss is the worst experience you can have. If you are a slave driving perfectionist the way I am, it means you never get a break from your micromanaging superior. It’s strenuous for myself and others to have the ideal business..; Especially when I have to count on other humans to perform a detailed job! You see, as the owner of a central heating, cooling, & air quality control dealership I rely on a lot of other professionals to make the plan work. If my professional Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans aren’t on top of their game when it comes to the necessary skills for replacing & repairing A/C units & forced air gas furnaces, I am in a lot of trouble. This is why I try to be easily careful when I screen & hire my certified Heating, Ventilation & A/C servicemans. I realized a long time ago that you cannot hire the heating & cooling repair lady directly out of Heating, Ventilation & A/C certification school; First, you need to run some tests. When I am interviewing my potential new air quality control specialists I prefer to throw in a few sneaky tests just to make sure that they are on the up-and-up when it comes to air temperature problems. This is why I constantly try to set horribly uncomfortable indoor air temperature control settings before the interview begins. I am constantly curious, will the potential Heating, Ventilation & A/C serviceman mention the unfortunate heating & cooling settings, or will they be too busy sucking up to their new boss?
