My husband’s coworkers all planned a camping trip for the off season, then of course, our husband wanted to go… I seriously didn’t want to go.
I don’t like the outdoors.
I like to be comfortable, however, I couldn’t justify telling our husband he couldn’t go either. On the other hand, I didn’t really want him going without me. All the other spouses were going, however besides, I like to keep an eye on him, then so I was preparing myself for a week of no and a lot of bugs, however then our husband told me that all of us were all renting cabins together. Apparently the cabins are set up for up to 6 couples each. A few of the coworkers would camp out in tents however most of us would be in climate controlled cabins. This is the best news I had heard in awhile. I started to look forward to the camping trip… When all of us arrived at our lake house it was just as advertised. It had and the air conditioner was toiling great. It was cool and comfortable in the lake house when all of us walked in the door. I ended up spending most of the camping trip camped out in that air conditioned lake house despite the fact that I still had a good time. I know our husband did too. The two of us should do this again. It was nice getting to guess our husband’s coworkers and spend a little time outdoors. It was even nicer to be able to cool off again inside of the air conditioned lake house whenever I wanted to. That is our plan of camping.
