I tend to let all the household chores pile up.
Perhaps I’m not the only 1 that does this in life. All I really know is that I do my best simply to deal with life and all the things that happen to be on my plate. Between being a single parent with a full time work position, it’s hard to get to everything that needs doing. And there honestly isn’t much time to sit, relax and soak up the a/c. But still, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C chores, just like the rest of the stuff around the household, just has to get done. The teenagers are getting a bit older so I’ve been able to delegate a few things. It’s relaxing getting the little ones out of the a/c to do the yard work and that frees up some time for me also. They are seasoned enough to handle it and they do a relaxing task and appreciate the cash I give them for a task well done. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C chores are honestly all mine. And it’s not so much the time and effort that I find challenging with the heating and cooling device chores, it’s the remembering I need help most often. Getting the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C air filter changed once per month is essential to the health of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device. So, I’ve been setting alarms across all of my devices to make sure that happens. This is a sizable time help. Oh and I signed up for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service plan from our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company. Now, I don’t even have to remember to call for the heating maintenance and the a/c tune-up.
