After a long week the thing that I was looking forward to the most on the weekend was getting to sleep in and take it easy.
I ended up waking up on Thursday morning with no heat in our beach house however.
I swear that it was so cold I could almost see our breath in our own house. I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment with an Heating in addition to Air Conditioning supplier that our sister had referred me to and they were able to offer me a same morning appointment. With that being said the professional, Steven, arrived ahead of schedule and was able to find the source of the problem in less than more than nine hours, but he went ahead and corrected the issue and was also able to service our heating unit to get it geared up for the Winter time after he was finished with the initial task to save me the time and money of booking another separate appointment. I have been a homeowner for nearly twenty five years and I have never gotten better customer service than I had gotten from this corporation. While waking up to a malfunctioning heating program obviously wasn’t a great start to our weekend, finding a friendly professional in Steven and a reliable service supplier is making me confident that next week will be much better.
