I actually need a modern HVAC worker.
I don’t know that I can continue hiring the HVAC worker that I have been hiring for a while. I simply don’t trust that HVAC worker any longer, and I don’t know how anyone else can trust that HVAC worker either. The HVAC worker used to be a hard-working HVAC worker. In fact, I would have described him as the most talented HVAC worker in the HVAC business. I know that the owner of the HVAC business was pretty confident that she was going to give the HVAC business to this HVAC worker, and that had been the idea for a while. However, when the owner’s kid got out of jail, the owner of the HVAC business hired him. The owner’s kid is not a superb HVAC worker, but the owner of the HVAC business still wanted to pass the business on to him. Unfortunately, that means that the HVAC worker that has been working on our HVAC units is not going to be the next owner of the HVAC business. This apparently has affected the HVAC worker in a pretty large way. Normally, you can’t tell when stuff like this is happening, but the whole attitude and behavior of the HVAC worker have changed, and it is pretty obvious. The HVAC worker has easily no desire to work anymore. She used to be a superb HVAC worker, and she would work strenuous and suddenly> Now, the HVAC worker takes her time and shows no real effort. She doesn’t even care if she manages to repair your HVAC unit. She must have lost the will to continue. However, I can’t afford to pay this woman at the rate that she is working.
