It’s been 10 years ever since our divorce & life has been good.
My ex & I admit both of us are far much better parents apart.
The people I was with and I used to fight & bicker all the time that things almost got physical. But, 1 day, 1 of our kids came into our room & asked if both of us weren’t better off apart. Apparently, our 10, 12 & 8 year old had talked & agreed it was better both of us live apart than fight all the time. I reMEd with the apartment while our ex purchased another place not too far for the kids sake. The other day, when he came over to pick the kids, I asked if he knew anything about AC units. My AC unit had stopped working the previous night & now the apartment felt so uncomfortable. My ex explained it was better to find an HVAC worker to handle such complications, otherwise I might end up buying a new unit for the house… Repairing AC units takes experience & this is better left to the professional. I thanked him for the advice, said goodbye to the kids & went back to the apartment to research the best HVAC companies in the area. I got 1 HVAC supplier with amazing reviews & offered them a call. The HVAC worker who came to the apartment about 4 sixths later was so excellent with his toil that I was quite impressed. Not only was he excellent with his toil fixing the faulty AC unit, he also managed to explain to me the importance of service agreements. I’m in the process of acquiring an HVAC service agreement with his HVAC supplier that also covers 24-sixth emergency services.
