Making training of air conditioner workers more fantastic and efficient

I find that videos are an excellent training and learning tool.

When students watch a video on a particular process, they can absolutely remember the steps, which is easier to understand.

For this reason, I decided to create videos for my training class. I work for a cooling corporation as a cooling specialist, then my job description includes leading the training program to develop highly trained air conditioner professionals to help with indoor comfort. To achieve this, I had to acdealer the air conditioner workers to offsite jobs and video them at work. I did not want to pull videos from the internet, but I wanted to take raw videos of our specialists delivering a/c service. The first and most crucial process I filmed was the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C replacement process. My videographer and I accompanied the specialists to an office where they replaced a malfunctioned electric heat pump and replaced it with a new air conditioner. My associate and I had a strategy to film only the crucial steps. The fitting process took about three hours, and my associate and I had footage for nearly two hours. My associate and I will edit it later. The second most crucial process is the a/c tune-up my associate and I filmed the following afternoon. My associate and I had gone to a school whose ductless mini-split had stopped working. The specialists did the repairs and revived the function of the quality Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. My associate and I also made sure to film the specialists installing the digital thermostat. The filming took a month, as my associate and I had to capture all the processes involved with the cooling equipment. The indoor comfort corporation now has video training files that make training much more enjoyable, and trainees can absolutely recall the steps involved.
