From classwork to learning about the terminology behind Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit

The excitement of landing a current task is regularly uncontrollable, at least in my case.

I was blessed to land an internship task before leaving school; the same company took me in a year later. Such placements were usual in my school, as well as many students landed rewarding tasks after graduation. I count myself blessed because I didn’t have to start over a current company. The company culture was so welcoming as well as uplifting. Few can say the same for their first task. But before I genuinely managed to fit in as well as gain my position as an Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman, I struggled with keeping up with the terminology relating to the cooling system. Fresh from school as well as becoming a current employee at this Heating, Ventilation and A/C company, time as well as again, I was tempted to correct my colleagues about the right use of the industry terminology. For example, hearing an Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional refer to an Heating, Ventilation and A/C component as an air conditioner left me confused. I knew well that those two are commonly used interchangeably, but they don’t mean the same thing. Such a component wouldn’t exist separate from air duct, an air duct, as well as an cooling system filter to supply efficient air quality. But I got used to it with time as well as adjusted to fit in. However, I never used them as one as well as the same when addressing customers while attending to house service calls to perform Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance. On a lighter note, cooling system service is one of my number one tasks when providing help with indoor comfort while out in the field. I get to labor with unusual units that are hardly the same model or parts.
