But I couldn’t pass the HVAC test.

I went to school for a year, learning all about heating, ventilation, and air conditioner.

I was excited to guess that in just a few short weeks, I was going to be a certified HVAC worker.

On the afternoon of our final, I was so nervous that I forgot everything I had l received and I didn’t pass the test. The professor frowned when he told myself and others about our grade being the lowest in the class. He asked myself and others what had happened and I told him I froze. He owned an HVAC corporation and he asked if I wanted to work for him? He said he had the best hands-on test he had seen in a long time. He was going to make myself and others an apprentice HVAC worker until I proved I could do the task. Other than being nervous, I took the task and started laboring the following week. Every time I went on an HVAC call with a single of the workers, I worried I was doing something wrong. One worker was always walking away and telling myself and others to go ahead and finish the task. He would come back half an hour later, look at the AC equipment or oil furnace and pat myself and others on the back. After 3 weeks, I was called into the office. My professor/boss handed myself and others our certification. He told myself and others he knew I could do the task, even though I just choked on the written final. He wanted to make sure I could work with anything he threw at me. He also told myself and others he would be cheerful to take myself and others on full-time, or I could go to any HVAC corporation I wanted and he would provide myself and others a great reference.
