We should do this again
My husband’s coworkers all planned a camping trip for the off season, and of course, our husband wanted to go, and i seriously didn’t want to go. I don’t like the outdoors. I like to be comfortable… However, I couldn’t justify telling our husband he couldn’t go either. On the other hand, I didn’t really want him going without me. All the other spouses were going, besides, I like to keep an eye on him! So I was preparing myself for a week of no air conditioner and a lot of bugs, however then our husband told myself and others that we were all renting lodges together. Apparently the lodges are set up for up to 6 couples each. A few of the coworkers would camp out in tents however most of us would be in temperature controlled lodges. This is the best news I had heard in awhile. I started to look forward to the camping trip. When we arrived at our lodge it was just as displayed. It had air conditioner and the air conditioner was working great. It was cool and comfortable in the lodge when we walked in the door. I ended up spending most of the camping trip camped out in that air conditioned lodge however I still had a fantastic time. I believe our husband did too. We should do this again. It was nice getting to think our husband’s coworkers and spend a little time outdoors. It was even nicer to be able to cool off again inside of the air conditioned lodge whenever I wanted to. That is our plan of camping.
