Being a brand new homeowner is much better than living in apartments.
I grew up in a house inside a big city. While it was a romantic loft and I loved that life. It was a cramped house with good radiant heating in the winter season and barely any a/c in the summer. I feel my friend and I had an old window cooling system that produced nice cooling if you stood right in front of it. So now that I’m a homeowner, I’m romantic about having good residential heating, ventilation, and A/C… Just walking into the quality heating and air after work is glorious. And I also love that I’m now building equity instead of just paying rent; however, I’m not so nice at a lot of other things when it comes to being a homeowner. I’m just not very tuned in to doing all the household projects that need to be done. I try to stay on top of decreasing the central heating, ventilation, and A/C air filter… Luckily, the heating, ventilation, and A/C maintenance is taken care of because of the heating, ventilation, and A/C maintenance plan we’re in. But even doing the yard is a hassle and our loving wife legitimately pretty much has to threaten me before I go chop the sod. I could do a whole lot better when it comes to that area of being a homeowner. This past fall, I genuinely did something for the first time and it’s legitimately paying off this winter season when it comes to the heating bills. I decided to go to the heating, ventilation, and A/C corporation website and download a winter season preparation checklist for our home. The thing was legitimately straightforward and all I had to do was follow along. By creating a seal and legitimately tightening up the house, I’ve also reduced the heating cost from the gas oil furnace by over 25 percent. That’s another amazing savings.
