I’m never going to get divorced, but there are times when I consider it thoroughly. My husband can really be something else, I tell you. My buddy and I have many of the same opinions and views on life but we easily also have many differing perspectives. Sometimes, these differences are so enormous that I have a hard time understanding where he is coming from. To be fair, he feels similarly, but recently we have both been in a bit of a battle over our indoor air temperature control system. Neither one of us can definitely see the other person’s perspective entirely clearly, so we keep fighting all the time in front of our thermostat and calling our HVAC business to act like a couple’s counselor in the middle of our arguments. At the core of it, we both just want to have high quality indoor air and air temperature control equipment! However, it stinks that my idea of high-quality indoor air is entirely weird from my husband’s… For the past three years I have been trying to convince him that we should get a high quality whole-apartment air purifier which would labor in tandem with our respected central heating, cooling, and ventilation system. My buddy and I would not need to wholly upgrade our air conditioning or forced air boiler to make this viable, just to purchase the whole-apartment air purifier and have the current filtration device installed alongside the larger central heating and cooling plan. However, my husband just doesn’t think that air purification is a relaxing idea. That is, until he got sick, himself. Suddenly the air purification device is a great idea.
