I made a big mistake last year when I decided that I was going to go out with the guy who comes to work on our heating & cooling system.
I had known him for a long time because he had been our Heating & Air Conditioning worker for a while. He had fixed our a/c method for myself and others the Summer before & I remember thinking that he was pretty cute, but I was dating someone at the moment so I didn’t pursue anything at all, however he seemed interested. Then last Wintertide he came back to work on our oil furnace device back in the Wintertide when the oil furnace stopped working. At that point, I wasn’t dating anyone & the two of us actually seemed to hit it off. That morning before he even left, our lake house was already heating up & I was totally interested in him. I invited him to dinner that same night & after that the two of us ended up dating for the next six months. Then of course, the two of us ended up going through a pretty bad breakup & it was terrible! Luckily for me, I haven’t had to call the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation for any reason since then. I would actually love to go ahead & get the heating method worked on before the weather starts cooling off anymore, but I’m afraid to call & make an appointment. I just know that they will send our ex to come & repair our oil furnace unit. It’s just going to be so awkward to see him again & I don’t want to do it at all!
