When I was a kid, I can remember just how thrilled I was when Mom would surprise myself and others with a weekend camping trip.
This was something I was always hoping for. Mom would just show up at university as well as whisk myself and others out of the air conditioner for the woods. It was just so cool how he simply took myself and others out of university while all our friends had to finish the day. And then, we’d be off for some camping spot that was in our rotation. I’m sure our mom enjoyed having the quality heating as well as air of lake new home all to herself on those weekends. That was a long time ago but those memories stayed with myself and others for a lifetime. So much so that I recently bought as well as old hunting cottage. The cottage itself didn’t have much more than a wood stove for heating. It sits on 7 acres but the land backs up into a national forest. It’s truly an amazing spot. I ended up doing some renovations to the lodge itself. The place has various home offices, indoor plumbing as well as a home office. I added three ductless heat pumps immediately. I was still a rookie when it came to lighting as well as maintaining heating fires. So having some residential Heating plus A/C was essential. The ductless heat pumps will also be nice in the summer time for sleeping. I guess this will be a fantastic place for our extended family to enjoy. I’m hoping that our grandteenagers get as large a kick out of being in nature as I did when I was their age.
