Getting fit, healthy and in my best shape for my wedding

It took an entire year to plan my wedding day.

I was determined to make everything perfect.

There were so many decisions to make and details to arrange. From picking the venue to the flowers, I handled everything on my own. One of my priorities over the course of the year leading up to the wedding was self-improvement. I was determined to look my best and feel confident on my wedding day. I hoped to be pleased with my appearance in my dress and be happy with the photographs. I also hoped to begin this next stage of my life at my physical best. My goal wasn’t just concentrated on dropping weight but creating a more healthy lifestyle. I was striving to be healthy and fit. Since I had absolutely no clue how to go about achieving my lofty goals, I decided to ask for help from professionals. I hunted around online and came across a local health and wellness center that includes personal training and the chance to consult with a nutritionist. They also offer massage therapy. I wasn’t even aware that this type of business existed. When I arrived, I was totally awed by the size of the facility. It’s super clean, modern, open and welcoming. There are rows upon rows of state-of-the-art machines and equipment to target every type of exercise and muscle group. The nutritionist was especially helpful in creating a menu of foods that are flavorful and satisfying but also rich in vitamins and minerals. The personal trainer developed a customized workout regiment that is strenuous and challenging. I not only stayed with the program for the full year prior to the ceremony, I’ve continued my healthy lifestyle.
