I can’t even imagine what it’s going to be enjoy when our mother dies. But, I’m not talking about the void of her presence or the grief. No, I’m talking absolutely about what it will be enjoy to clean out that house. My mother lives in a nice, if not too big, current home that she and our dad purchased about 30 years ago. It’s well appointed and we even updated the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit not too long ago. When they moved into that house, our dad tried desperately to stop our mother from bringing the junk room stuff with her. She failed. And since her death, the entire basement and several home offices are now just filled with stuff our mother won’t throw away. It’s something that I guess a lot of people deal with. Mom’s not exactly a hoarder however she’s halfway there. So when I saw our partner starting a junk room in a guest home office, I called it out. But our partner countered with the fact that the heating and cooling just isn’t honestly great in that room so she uses it for storage. I couldn’t say all that much because she’s right. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C just doesn’t get the full heating and cooling in that honestly end of the house. In response to that so I could stop a budding junk room, I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer. They came out to install a ductless heat pump in that end of the house. Now, that guest room is super comfortable due to the current ductless heat pump. That absolutely stopped the junk room because I guess our partner realized what lengths I would go to to keep a junk room out of our house.
