Patt was a superb activitysman when he was in university.

Most of the players on his team had a dream to go off and play professionally. But, Patt wanted to run his own business, but yes, he admitted he was so superb at playing ball, but that wasn’t what he wanted to do with his life. Patt’s Grandpa had taught him a long time ago to always follow his heart. After graduating with honors, Patt began a vlog and traveled the country showcasing amazing sites. He’d stay in remote cabins and show people the life of a lone traveler. He made such superb money that Patt managed to buy a apartment in 1 of those sites that came with everything he’d need including an cooling system and a gas furnace. The cooling system would keep him cool and cozy all Summer while the gas furnace came on in late fall when the un-even temperatures dropped. Patt has had his friends from university come to stay in his apartment and they enjoyed it, especially in winter. He was lucky the person who sold him the apartment had replaced the gas furnace. Now all Patt has to do is call over an HVAC expert to repair it once a year before he turns it on for the chilly season. This year his sister is coming over and Patt has an appointment all set for the HVAC expert to come to his lake apartment in several weeks time. Patt hopes all is okay so he doesn’t have any heating issues while hosting his sister for a month.
