How I start my mornings with ac

I’ve really gotten into jogging so I’ll go jogging.

I have one routine that I like to do everyday. I live in a hot climate and so I can get pretty warm in the house because of this. When I get up in the morning the first thing I do before I do anything else is go over to the thermostat and turn on my air conditioning system. The air conditioning is important to my morning routine because that’s going to provide me with the comfort that’s going to get me through the rest of the day. Then I go and I eat a bowl of cereal and sit at the breakfast table. Oftentimes I’ll have a muffin or yogurt as a side to go with my cereal. I try to eat a healthy breakfast and so I’ll mix up my breakfast between eggs, oatmeal, and cereal. The breakfast table is sitting directly underneath the air vent so I get to feel all that wonderful cool air from my air conditioning system cooling me down and keeping me comfortable as I eat my breakfast. After I’m done eating my breakfast, I’ll go outside and do a short workout. I’ve really gotten into jogging so I’ll go jogging. I’ll do this for about half an hour before coming back and starting all the activities for the day. When I come back from jogging the AC is perfect because I’m hot and sweaty and the air conditioning instantly cools me and evaporates any heat from my body. I actually love my air conditioning system, my central AC is very important to me and so it’s well taken care of. I make sure to provide it with all the care and tune-ups it needs.
