Hunting for heated flooring

I have been looking into heated flooring for my house. I hated the old, brown rug that came with my house. It was dirty plus gross looking. I hated that it matched the walls plus ceiling too much; So I ripped up the brown rug plus I am in the process of adding stone to the floors. I observed something while working on the tile. I am in the perfect site to add the electric heated mats down. It is just one more step. I need to add the mats to the plywood plus then I am great to go. I then put a stone overtop, but tile is the best type of flooring for this boiler… You feel all the heat it produces. There are tons of pros to heated flooring; Heat doesn’t rise, there are no chilly spots, it doesn’t stir up dust plus is quiet in operation. Having the heat at your feet is more energy smart too. You can set the thermostat a bit lower plus save your system plus the condo utility bills. It just makes great sense to do it. The only cons I found is that it raises plus adds weight to the new floors; Additionally, there is the added cost plus time to put down the mats as well. I have been crunching some numbers. I believe adding heated flooring will benefit me financially in the long haul. I also guess the added time is worth what I am getting. It will be so awesome having heated flooring. It really will make my condo classy.
