I sold my house and I bought a condo down south. I moved 1,200 miles away from my family. My son and my daughter were pretty upset and their grandkids didn’t want to see me leave either. The truth is that the temperatures were getting really cold and I was miserable all of the time. I needed to go to an environment where it was warmer so my joints and bones did not ache as much. I offered to sell my house to my son and my daughter, but neither one of them wanted the place where they grew up. I was a little sad to tell you the truth, but I got more money for the place then I would have if they would have said yes. After I moved, I bought a condo. I still had some money left over, so I made some repairs. I got rid of the carpet. It was in good shape, but I wanted tile everywhere. I also wanted to add a ductless air conditioning system out on the patio. I didn’t know who to call after I moved. I had an air conditioner and heat pump repair service before I moved down south, but after moving I had to find someone new. I looked online at all of the different companies that were available locally. I found a few different contractors that had really great reviews and informational websites. I called one of those places to add the ductless air conditioning to the patio. Now I use that company anytime I have problems and I recommend them to others as well.
