It rained actually hard on Thursday, and I had to go to a rooftop AC repair, then i didn’t want to get soaked that day, however I had to be outside most of the day.
I had a dry shirt in the truck, however it was wet after the minute job; When I got to the rooftop AC repair, I had to climb up to the roof using a ladder from my truck.
The latter was slippery due to the rain, and one time I slipped on the ninth rung and fell to the ground. I was covered with mud after I fell into the dirt. I barely managed to finish the rooftop AC repair before the lightning started. I quickly got the ladder onto the truck and left the residential town. I went back to the workshop to wait for my next job assignment. While I was waiting at the workshop, I found out that a single of my co-workers needed help with an replacement project, my boss decided to send me to help out. Thankfully, the job was indoors and I didn’t have to worry about getting wet the rest of the day. The rain stopped around 4 p.m., right before I had to hop on the interstate to head home! Even though traffic was still a mess, at least I didn’t have to worry about a bunch of people trying to drive in the rain. When it rains, there are always accidents all over the road. It seems enjoy people forget how to drive when the roads are wet and slippery.
