My husband and I don’t see eye to eye on a lot of things.
When he said we couldn’t get a dog, I went behind his back and let the kids go to the shelter to pick one out.
When my husband said that we didn’t have enough money for a pool, I found a used one online and the kids and I put it up in a single day. There is nothing that I won’t do for my kids. When my daughter got pregnant at the age of 16, my husband was very upset. He kicked her out of the house and would not let her move back in. She went to live with her boyfriend’s parents. I was happy they let her move in with them, but I was frustrated and angry that my husband sent her away in the first place. I found out that my daughter and her boyfriend got a small place of their own. I went to see the mobile home. It’s not exactly in the best shape, but the two kids saved all of their money and paid cash for it. They needed a new furnace in the house, so I called a repair and insulation service in town and I put the new furnace on my credit card. I never told my husband about the furnace, but he saw the credit card statement a couple of days ago and he wanted to know when I bought a furnace for our home. When I broke down and told him about the kids, he didn’t talk to me for the rest of the night and most of the next day.
