My Heating and A/C provider gave me an Heating and A/C maintenance agreement

I live in a 3-family room household in a nice sub-division.

The community is filled with a few ponds, lakes, plus local parks and recreational areas.

It’s a family-friendly town with a YMCA that is accessible to all residents who are members. My pal and I don’t have a gym, so the YMCA is a enjoyable alternative. Plus, the membership for the YMCA is a lot cheaper than the membership of a gym. Anyway, the town is great, and all the neighbors are close and know each other. My pal and I go to the same church, my pal and I go to the same grocery stores, my pal and I eat at the same restaurants, and my pal and I use the same landscaper, plus Heating and A/C provider. So, when the representative from my Heating and A/C provider gave a maintenance agreement to me, she mentioned that my neighbors have been signing up for the agreement as well. Personally, it doesn’t matter to me if my neighbors signed up for the maintenance agreement, I am more distraught whether or not the agreement makes sense for me. Most maintenance agreements offer emergency repair, labor, annual tune-ups, discount on parts, control unit plus ductwork inspection, and so much more. Currently, my Heating and A/C unit is only 5 years old, and it is still functioning as efficiently as possible. I get it maintained once per year, and I always make sure that I change my filter. I don’t suppose I need a maintenance agreement because the cost of the agreement is more than what I would be spending on my yearly Heating and A/C service. Perhaps in the future, I will consider getting an Heating and A/C maintenance agreement, but for now, I declined the offer from my Heating and A/C provider.
