My journey to finding a “perfect” HVAC company

The company was growing and one of the ways I knew we were growing was when I added another pro to our already swelling numbers… The managers had suggested that I look for a competent HVAC company to join our swelling HVAC biz. This recruit would be helping the technical team in attending to off-site tasks such as providing help with indoor comfort levels. The new home comfort dealer had a streamlined strategy and process when it came to hiring new recruits; However, the major attribute is to have little experience working on heat and A/C products. The biz was expanding its operations and now we would be supplying new HVAC systems, accessories such as the temperature controls as well as opening a string of commercial HVAC stores, but every one of us had a reputation to maintain as a supplier and we needed our new recruit to possess quality skills in handling the quality HVAC device and upselling skills too, then and so it began, and by the end of the first day, I had acquired hundreds of applications and some candidates were truly superb for the task and some just did not split it! I was almost giving up when I found a perfect employee. She had experience working as an HVAC tune-up specialist. Gail also helped come up with the annual sales analytics of the commercial HVAC for sale promotion in her previous supplier, moreover, Gail was as superb with a dial temperature control as with the latest easy-to-use regulators! Finally, Gail had taken a section in the installation process of a ductless HVAC and a gas furnace at the office of the president. I was relieved to have matched the supplier with a skilled professional like Gail on the first day of recruitment.
