My neighbors are getting a divorce and I think that it’s all because of their thermostat settings! I know that this probably sounds crazy to a normal person, but I really wonder sometimes if my neighbors are normal.
They literally fight about anything and everything.
It has been a trial living next to them for the past five years because they are always yelling and screaming and cussing. We can hear everything because the houses in our neighborhood are very close together. Anyway, that’s how I know that the divorce is because of their thermostat settings. For the past couple of weeks, they have been screaming back and forth about their house being too hot. The husband thinks that his wife keeps turning the air conditioning settings down and she yells that she hasn’t touched the thermostat. She thinks that he’s accusing her of tearing up their air conditioning system, and he thinks that she’s lying to him about it. They were so hot and uncomfortable in their house that I think it just made things between them even worse! I really think that maybe their air conditioning system was messed up or that they needed new batteries in their thermostat unit. Either way, it doesn’t matter now. I heard them talking about filing for divorce and getting a lawyer. I hope they are both gone soon, because they are terrible neighbors. I’m sorry that they’re having these troubles, but living next to these people is definitely the worst! When they finally move out, I think I’m going to have a party!
