I don’t suppose I ever want to go through the process of moving again! But then again, I hadn’t moved for more than 30 years, but and moving at 60 sure isn’t love moving from an house to our home when we were in our late 20’s, wow, we were so fortunate to have found that site. All we had to do was upgrade the entire residential Heating plus A/C system… The rest of it was in turn key condition. But the seller ran out of money before he could upgrade the heating in addition to cooling device in addition to he needed out of that house. We were simply in the right locale at the right time; I suppose we borrowed a truck to transfer from our house into that house. We just didn’t have all that much. Well, some 30 odd years later in addition to we had a big amount of stuff. It was such an ordeal cleaning out the home prior to even putting it on the market. But it was something we just totally had to do in addition to the realtor agreed, she also proposed that we upgrade the Heating plus A/C unit. Unlike the previous owner, we were all over it before the realtor even said anything. Well, that Heating plus A/C professional sure hit it out of the park as we absolutely got more than asking price due to a bidding war. It’s so awesome that we made that much money. But man, I’m never having that much stuff again.
