We planned to revive the old manufacturing plant and have it running in the shortest time possible.
The upgrade meant upgrading almost everything in that plant.
One of the things that needed an upgrade was the heating and AC products in the building. Being the one in charge of overseeing the installation of the new HVAC systems, I had already researched the commercial HVAC for sale on the HVAC company’s website. I initially thought that dealing with a commercial HVAC provider was complicated. Still, it was as easy as my visit to the home comfort business when I wanted new quality HVAC equipment for my home. We also had an HVAC technician come to inspect the furnace to find out if a simple HVAC tune-up would have done the magic to help with indoor comfort, but it was too far gone to salvage it. The dial thermostat also needed to be replaced with a new thermostat. After a consultation meeting and a site visit, we established that a ductless HVAC would serve the offices and a different HVAC for the other parts. The manufacturing area needed something more powerful than the mini splits in the offices. It was a massive step for the small company I worked for because it meant that we would produce more and meet the ever-growing demands. It was also a learning phase for me because I learned so much about heating and cooling systems and what it took to heat or cool a space or building successfully. I also took my time with the whole place because I did not want to leave any room for errors.
