I have to tell you that I am not a real fan of portable space heaters! While today’s portable space heaters do provide decent heating and can heat up a while room better than portable space heaters of the past, the type of air that comes out of these portable space heaters just do not agree with me.
It is this dry kind of air that makes my hands crack and lips chap.
I am not sure why others do not feel the way I do about it. Maybe it is because by having a portable space heater it saves money on monthly electric bills. But never the less, I would rather pay the higher electric bills per month rather than have that icky dry feeling that comes out from the portable space heater. Portable space heaters this time of the year in the summer are on sale everywhere. I seen them at several stores going for cheap recently, and that is what reminded me of how much I do not like portable space heaters. But for those that do like portable space heaters, now is the best time to go and buy one or two if you do not have one in your home already. Portable air conditioning systems on the other hand I have no problems with. I actually own 2 of them and they help me save tons of money on my monthly electric bills every single year. I am totally happy with portable air conditioning systems! Those I could not say enough good things about.
