The next thing I knew, my Dad was asking if she could transfer into my house. Of course, I wouldn’t turn my Dad away so I started trying to figure out a way to make this arrangement work. She absolutely enjoys changing the control device at her condo so that she consistently has circulating indoor air, and even if the air temperature seems perfectly fine, she will get up as well as adjust the control device by 1 or 2 degrees just so she can hear the Heating as well as A/C component running in the background. Of course, I cannot afford this uptick in my biweekly utility bills or my routine heating as well as cooling expenses. As such, I am going to supply my Dad a mini split ductless heating as well as cooling system to manage her own indoor air quality. After that, I don’t want to hear a word about it.
