Nutritional counseling since everything I eat makes me sick

I wonder if working out might help my health too

Just about once a week I get violently ill to my stomach. I frequently have periods of bloating, gas and diarrhea. Going out to eat is always nerve-wracking for me. I take beano in preparation of the meal, but I usually end up sick in the restaurant. I recently took an at home allergy test to figure out what things irritate my stomach. I found out that I can’t digest eggs properly. I also have a tree nut allergy and I am sensitive to dairy. How ridiculous is that? On top of this, I am a vegetarian. That means I can’t eat meat, seafood, eggs, nuts, yogurt, milk, cheese and other dairy products. I am very careful around soy as well. What can I eat? Thankfully the gym near me offers nutritional counseling. Typically people do this service when they want to lose weight. They get a health program and a workout program together. I just want someone helping me with a meal plan. I have already talked to the woman one time and I am feeling better. She has given me some vegan meals that sound pretty good. I recently bought things like spaghetti squash, jackfruit and avocados. Those are all products I have never even tried before. I hope they don’t upset my stomach. While I was there I couldn’t help looking at the gym fitness classes. I wonder if working out might help my health too. It couldn’t hurt being a little more physical. Maybe if I work out regularly and watch what I eat, I can go a week without getting sick to my stomach.
