Our condo association does a really great job with HVAC repairs for all of the residents in our neighborhood.
When we first moved in here last year, I did not know that they even took care of things like that. I had no idea that they were going to be taking care of things like the lawn service, the trash pickup, the pressure washing of the house, and even the heating and cooling repairs. If I had known that they took care of things like that, I think that I would have moved in here years ago! One of the only reasons that we left our regular singular residence home was because of the fact that I could not keep up with all of the upkeep. We had a huge yard and a really long driveway and our roof was really steep. All of those things are hard to deal with when you are getting older and when you have joint problems the way that I do. The last thing I want to do as I am getting older is to fall down because I’m trying to shovel snow off of a long steep driveway in the middle of the winter. That’s when I decided that I wanted to move to a condo association so that they could take care of things like that. However, the whole thing with the heating and cooling system inside of the house was a pleasant surprise for me. I just had no idea that they were going to handle problems with the furnace and the air conditioning system. I am so happy about that thatI don’t even know what to do. I wish I had moved here five years ago!
