Radiator stops working on snow afternoon

I hardly moved from the spot for the rest of the afternoon

I care about curling up with a fantastic book when the weather is bad outside. It’s fun to watch the snow fall from the comfort of the indoors. I kneel on the couch, right next to the radiator, and read all afternoon long. Sunday was going to be that kind of a afternoon. There was blizzard-like conditions predicted so I had my pantry packed full of food and a few fantastic books to choose from. I also have the boiler set to 75 degrees and was ready for a nice fantastic afternoon inside. However, as soon as I got comfortable, next to the radiator, I noticed I wasn’t all that comfortable after all. The radiator was not letting off easily much heat. This was not normal at all. I evaluated the control equipment and then waited to see if it would warm up but it didn’t. Instead, the temperature in the house legitimately started to drop. So much for fantastic today. I ended up calling the boiler repair business to come and take a look. I’m grateful that they were able to come out instantly… A few hours later, my boiler was working well again and the radiators were letting off a lot of heat! My house warmed up in no time and, after dinner, I was back on my couch reading a book next to the radiator. I hardly moved from the spot for the rest of the afternoon. I ended up finishing two full novels and the boiler did not supply me any more trouble. When Sunday turned out to be a snow afternoon, I planted my butt back on that couch and read more books next to the nice warm radiator
