Priah has an aunt who appreciates nature, and lives in one of the most remote locations in their state. Ever since Priah was young, she’s been living there, and appreciates it. Her dad says Aunt Kelly has been a nature lover since they were young. In fact, she constantly begged their folks to take them camping in summer, and at times even in winter. When she finished college, she tried working in an office with Heating & Air Conditioning, but ended up quitting after a year. Instead, she took money she had saved, and purchased land somewhere isolated. There she set up a small glamping venture and also does freelance work. Priah’s dad would take her to visit aunt Kelly, and this became her place to be when she needed to clear her mind. It’s been about a year since Priah last saw her aunt and did so this past summer. She was thrilled Priah was there, and even showed off some replacements to the house. Her aunt got her first ductless A/C & she was so stoked. Summers can get quite hot, especially in July. So, she was thrilled to have the cooling system installed in her cabin. In winter, Aunt Kelly relied on a stove to keep warm. She told Priah she is in the process of getting a geothermal heat pump set up in the cabin. Those types of heating and cooling systems don’t come cheap. Fortunately, her aunt doesn’t pay that much, and she has the savings for the job. Work on the geothermal heat pump is set to start soon, and Priah can’t wait to see how that transforms the cabin.
