Recently, I was undoubtedly sick and undoubtedly glad for the full use of my heating and air conditioner! I also have an media air cleaner and a humidifier and even a dehumidifier for the scarce days that get too dry! In short, I come prepared with every conceivable implement to control the temperature within my home. One of the reasons that I insist on doing this is of course to be comfortable at all times. However, it is also because I want to be as comfortable as possible when I get sick. When I get sick I need my humidifier and the temperature on the temperature control to be undoubtedly exact. Uncomfortable rapidly changing temperatures and especially dry air easily messes with my sinuses and respiratory system when I am sick. I cannot stand having to go outside in the winter when it’s easily chilly and easily dry, but especially when there are those conditions outside when I am sick. That’s why I have made sure that my loft is a bastion of comfort by maintaining a nice eating and air conditioner and all of the other temperature control things that I mentioned. I just cannot get by without them. That’s why I maintain my Heating & A/C system religiously. I call out an Heating & A/C business at least three times a year to make sure that everything is officially tested then checked so that I can remain comfortable at any given time, no matter the weather! I simply do not know what I would do without temperature control.
