We have a special appliance repair service that handles all of those repairs. We also have regular problems with the indoor air temperatures. When all of the washers and dryers are running at the same time, it can be very warm and humid inside of the building. My wife and I recently paid to have two ductless heating and AC systems installed in the laundromat to help with the indoor temperatures. Both of the ductless heating and AC systems also have built-in air purification systems. All of the air that passes through the ductless heating and AC system is cleaned and sanitized. Charges from the HVAC business office were expensive, but we expected that with two brand new Heating and Cooling systems. When I had to pay the bill for the HVAC units, there was no one in the business office to take my credit card information. The business office manager called me a couple of days later. She got all of the information from me for my credit card and payment. The next day the HVAC business office charged me twice for the repairs. There was a charge in the morning and another charge in the afternoon. Thankfully the credit card company flagged both of the payments since they were the exact same amount of money. They gave me a call and I called the HVAC business to get to the bottom of things.
