Three days after I had called, leaving a voicemail, I finally got a reply.
I don’t give negative reviews for businesses online. Usually, I only leave five-star reviews when I have had an amazing service. I avoid writing poor reviews because I know they are not worth my energy or time. However, the experience I had recently with a heating and cooling business warranted my first one-star review. I spent a lot of money to have a new air conditioning system installed in our home. Their high online rating caused me to assume that the heating and cooling business would be able to do this quickly and efficiently. Within a week of the installation, though, our air conditioning unit started having issues. No matter what I did,the air conditioner was blowing out tepid air. I called this HVAC business to ask if a repair worker could come out and investigate the issue. The person they assigned, who was different from the man who did the installation, claimed that the job was done wrong. The HVAC worker recommended we contact their manager, who would come out and repair the issue at no charge. Three days after I had called, leaving a voicemail, I finally got a reply. Keep in mind it was the summer, so those three days were horribly uncomfortable. The heating and cooling manager said he would come the next day to repair it. This person never showed up! I called and got no response. I left a negative, one-star review, and the heating and air conditioning business said they would be there the next day, and even pay for our hotel for the time that they would be fixing the air conditioning unit.
