This Winter has been severely hard on myself and others for a substantial number of reasons, however one of the things that has made everything a little worse has been the problems that have been coming with our heating unit, but i had heard from a few weird Heating, Ventilation & A/C techs over the years that our drain pipe had been a major concern & would need to be replaced or fixed.
- I ended up having another Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier send out a serviceman with the hopes of having them go ahead & replace the drain pipe for good.
Instead of doing what I had originally asked & replacing the component but, this man ended up just putting a bandage on the concern which led to the same concern with the leaking occurring several times over the next several weeks, but the worst area about it was that there wasn’t absolutely a away for myself and others to try & escalate the situation or get a refund, as every time that I would call any customer service number for this supplier they all ended up saying the same thing & let myself and others think that they were laboring on the situation & would get back to myself and others when they had more to tell me… What a load of lies! If you live up north in our neck of the woods you particularly should avoid this Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier, because they will do anything & everything that they can to squeeze you for every dollar that you have.
