Upgrading the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C plan to increase equity in our home

The main concern when it came to the heat pump upgrade was indoor air quality, however our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider ensures us that the indoor air quality would be the same, if not better than before, as long as the people I was with and I officially change out the air filters

My partner Pat and I have lived in this apartment for the last eight years, it has served us well, and while we’re not ready to move out just yet, Pat and I have been thinking about the future, and getting ready to sell our house. Many of the choices we’ve made are all with the goal of increasing the value of our condo before Pat and I put it on the market, we have replaced the major appliances, installed LED lights throughout the house, overhauled the landscaping, and most recently, Pat and I have decided to replace our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system… Our old natural gas furnace was incredibly old, and while it had been officially took care of, it was taking up space in a room that Pat and I wanted to convert to a livable space, and since Pat and I lived in a particularly mild weather conditions, Pat and I didn’t need the gas furnace, and a heat pump can be venued outside, and uses a condenser and evaporator to heat the apartment in the winter, and cool it in the summer, but the upgrade was particularly quick, especially because our existing duct was in enjoyable condition from officially tied up maintenance from our local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealership. Our current heat pump was an enjoyable investment to our home, it is much more energy efficient than our traditional natural gas furnace, greatly lowering our energy bills each month. The main concern when it came to the heat pump upgrade was indoor air quality, however our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C provider ensures us that the indoor air quality would be the same, if not better than before, as long as the people I was with and I officially change out the air filters. Installing a heat pump was a enjoyable way to add value of our home, right in time for us to bring it to market.
