I called for service on my Heating plus Air Conditioning device last week.
I basically needed the furnace tested plus a new temperature control installed.
Then the woman at the Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier gave me a time plus told me I had a window of numerous hours for the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker to arrive. I asked her the bottom line just how many hours I needed to wait before I could leave the household? She told me that if I left before the Heating plus Air Conditioning worker arrived, I would need to pay for her time plus reschedule another appointment. I thought this was crazy. I worked at a hospital plus I didn’t have the time to sit around waiting for a Heating plus Air Conditioning device worker. I asked what she meant by a multiple-hour window! She said they could be there up to numerous hours later than the time they quoted. They told me 11AM, plus I had to be at work by 3 PM. Three hours waiting for a Heating plus Air Conditioning device worker would likely make me late, and depending on how long it took to do the service, I wouldn’t be leaving the household until almost 3 PM. It didn’t help because I was an hour away from the hospital. I told her the timing wouldn’t work. She said my only other alternative was to wait another week, plus she could get me an appointment for around 7:30 AM. That was her earliest appointment plus the window wouldn’t be necessary. I took the 7:30 appointment with a different Heating plus Air Conditioning worker. I only hoped I didn’t fall asleep while she was talking to me. I didn’t get back home until almost 4:30 AM.
