Things went from bad to worse when she switched modes in Winter to start warming her house. She lives in an area that gets brutal winters, plus people spend mornings in their homes waiting for the weather to get a little better. William had no opening but to rely on the heating unit to keep him warm during a single of the worst Winter storms she had ever experienced! During that time, she had to adjust the temperature on her temperature control numerous times. The result was a hefty energy bill that came in the mail at the end of the month. William was already struggling to keep up with her bills, plus the high energy bill was already giving him sleepless evenings. She began thinking seriously about what to do with her life because she needed a source of income pronto.
